Challenge: CarPal needed a cloud-native platform to handle real-time driver tracking, dynamic dispatch optimization, and unpredictable demand spikes from extreme weather events and public holidays across 15+ MENA countries.

Solution: DPL designed the platform on GCP using Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) for auto-scaling compute, Google Maps Platform APIs for sub-second GPS tracking, Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL) with regional HA and automatic failover, and Cloud Pub/Sub with Firebase Realtime Database for messaging and live location updates. Cloud Build enabled fully automated CI/CD with multiple daily deployment cycles.
